Course

Robotics

The unique design of this course stands out in crowd, by differentiating it from other available courses since it starts with the basic fundamentals and goes to advance integration of sensors. It further enhances the ability of child to comprehend different applications in robotics.

Astronomy/Space Program

This course is amalgamated with basic fundamental of physics applied in the field astronomy and ancient methods of sky watching, Know about constellations and different planets in the light of physics. Introduction to Indian Space program is given, If you are interested to join ISRO, NASA or any other agency, join it to start your journey.

Aero Modelling

This course is designed for future aviators; it covers the basic of avionics and incites them to test different aero dynamic principles by doing it . If you are interested in flying, look no further, it is stepping stone for future.

Science Labs

These labs are gateway for your all scientific curiosity; you can find answers to them by doing them. These labs are comprised of hundreds of experiments, developed by different scientist to make you understand about the basic principle of science. Children will love to join these activities .

Google based learning

Google education is catching up as word wide trend , why to stay behind . This modern tool of our age, we all are blessed with its virtues, but we hardly use its power to enhance our education and learning, since we are not well acquainted with majority of this tool. Google is like a life coach it provides you immense opportunity to learn, but are we equipped enough to harness it, in most of the cases the answer is no,

Electronics Lab

Learn about circuits with full description, diagrams and PCB, Voltage monitor PIN PIC Development Board, Interface module, oscillator, battery monitor, amplifier, frequency counter LED VU meter, LED Disco Light, Musical bells etc.

Computer Programming

In the age of internet, email, social networks, smart phones and apps, the children shall learn the programming from budding stage. Computers are a huge part of our life, if we can learn to code, we can make our own digital masterpieces. It will also help in Engineering, medicines, education, business management etc.

Mechanics

Students learn by participating in the challenge to create mechanical machines (toys, or a

counter) the pupils become engineers and learn about Mechanics with a focus on transmission and transformation of motion. During this unit, the pupils manipulate real objects to describe the simple elements of Mechanics (cams, levels, gears) and use them as tools to understand how an

object works. The children will use simple materials to test all their hypotheses and ideas and then improve them.

Magnetism

Playing with magnets is one of the first bits of science most children discover. That’s becausemagnets are easy to use, safe, and fun. They’re also quite surprising. Like discovering that two magnets could snap together and stick like glue. The push and pull forces of magnet caused by attraction or repulsion. The way magnets attract other magnets (or other magnetic materials) “at a distance,” invisibly, through magnetic field and to know that Earth is a Giant Magnet.

Optics

Optics are part of our daily life. Digital camera, wireless mouse, and even your Blu-ray disc ofyour favorite movie are all technologies enabled by the science of optics. Optics is the science of light. More specifically, optics is a branch of physics describing how light behaves and interacts with matter. Children of Michigan Valley learns optics by developing models of Kaleidoscope, Pin Hole Camera, Projector etc.

World of Microscope

The part will introduce fourth-to-ninth grade students to the basic skills of scientific research, microscopic skills of scientific research, microscopic concepts, and applications. This will be a promotion of optical microscopy as a hobby for the young.

Electronics

The section teaches general sense of electrical movement. About resistors to slow down the electricity and that the capacitors to store it up. Positive and negative, and how to use a multimeter to measure voltage. This will help children starting to look at doorbells and remote controls differently now. The imported electronic Lab kits teach children about transistors, diodes, capacitors, oscillators, electronic circuits and schematic symbols. It has light-emitting diodes, an LED display and an analog panel meter that gives more visual options when building projects

Weather effects

Weather experiments for children help little learners discover the science of weather in their daily lives. Simple weather and climate concepts, from weather experiments that explore the Rainfall in a day, to Wind speed and wind direction, formation of Tornados etc. in your own backyard.

Computer

Binary code is at the absolute heart of anything that goes on inside a computer – and yet it’s something that most code tutorials don’t cover. Under Computers subhead of Michigan Valley education, students are taught through easy models as to how computers store the binary codes, how CD Rom captures the data.

Molecular Structure

This is a set of activities that is designed to teach children about molecules and molecular structure. They are taught about bonding, structure of molecules, and how molecules are made up of atoms and bonded together. Chemical reactions involves making and breaking of bonds using own molecular models.

Hydraulics

Hydraulics are used in many machines and in many everyday applications. Hydraulic lifts,of lift, blood in body are some of the applications of hydraulics. Models are developed to make simple to complex machines using principle of hydraulics. This basically shows how water or air trapped inside something can have quite a strong force

Sound

Sound can be a mechanical wave, a longitudinal wave as well as a pressure wave. Models and activities are undertaken to explore each of these. The wave patterns and physics of musical instruments are taught.

Electromagnetism

The goal of this subject is to give students an appreciation of the major role magnetism plays on Earth and in space, and ultimately enable them to conduct research on our magnetic connection to the Sun. Students map field lines around bar magnets to visualize the magnetic dipole field, and create their own electromagnet using copper wire, battery and a pencil to learn that electric currents create magnetic fields. Activities introduce generators and Lenz’s law, in one case using Earth’s magnetic field and a large conducting wire.

Electricity

Concept of Power, Voltage and Current using the models are taught to children. This sectioncovers electrical circuits and electrical resistance. This sections will teach through scientific model of electrical resistance is of the moving charged particles colliding with the particles which comprise the structure of the material through which the current is passing. Functioning of different electrical devices will be also explained using models.

K-12 GIS and Remote Sensing

This will enables students to analyze change in land covers; helps them grasp the extent, significance, and consequences of land cover change; and introduces them to the perspective of space-based observations.
